We are an Engineering unit within the Refinery plant. Before we started working together, we made our plans in Microsoft Word. Planning coordination and resource alignment inside our unit used to take several days. That was an unacceptable luxury for a team of 100 people. At the same time, the next day, we used to throw our work plan in the trash. It was no actual anymore.
